彰化「直播界男神」胡凱彬糾眾「多人處理女員工」！遭聲押獲准
彰化縣直播主胡凱彬在疫情時，曾大手筆捐贈3萬片口罩，被網友封為「直播界男神」，他卻在2024年10月間，率眾抄球棒爆打旗下女員工，警方深入調查，發現胡男與其同夥常聚眾滋事、藉勢藉端，近日組成專案小組將他逮捕，訊後他依詐欺、殺人未遂等罪嫌移送，遭檢方聲押獲准。

據了解，胡凱彬過去以公益形象走紅網路，他在2020男買下3萬片口罩捐贈需要民眾，還曾買下滯銷柚子致贈家扶兒，並為家扶兒賣燈籠、捐毯子，在網路上被封為「直播界男神」
但他近年負面消息不斷，涉嫌販售仿冒品外，更四處嗆聲惹事以創造流量，他2024年10月又聽聞旗下女員工在宿舍吸毒，率領5、6名員工持球棒爆打對方，遭女子控告殺人未遂和傷害。
員林警分局長吳詠傑表示，2024年12月接獲民眾報案後組成專案小組偵辦，發現以胡姓直播主為首的團隊旗下有多名成員，經常藉勢藉端、聚眾鬧事，更涉嫌販賣仿冒品，於直播中用話術讓民眾陷於錯誤，騙消費者下標購買，藉此謀取暴利。
員林警分局會同刑事警察局智慧財產權偵二隊、員林稽徵所，近日見時機成熟前往查緝，將胡等17人查緝到案，並查扣球棒、刀械、玩具槍等物，全案依刑法詐欺、殺人未遂、傷害、商標法及組織犯罪條例等罪嫌，移送彰化地方檢察署偵辦，檢方複訊後將胡男聲押獲准。(CTWANT)

The darker tone is named ‘Mystery’, inspired by the mysterious nature of the rose, which appears to change colour when viewed from different angles. Indeed, it was the essence of true love and the mystery of exploration and travel that captivated the clients throughout the commissioning process.
